2. Adoption Agreement

  • Provide adequate food, water, shelter, and veterinary care for the adopted animal

  • Comply with all local licensing and vaccination requirements

  • Contact {{company-name}} if you can no longer care for the animal, as we require the animal be returned to us rather than rehomed elsewhere

3. Adoption Fees

Adoption fees are non-refundable except in cases where the adoption is not finalized. The adoption fee covers:

  • Spay/neuter surgery (or certificate for surgery if not yet performed)
  • Age-appropriate vaccinations
  • Microchip and registration
  • Deworming treatment
  • Health examination

4. Trial Period and Returns

{{company-name}} offers a 2-week trial period for all adoptions. If the adoption does not work out within this period, you may return the animal for a partial refund of the adoption fee. After the trial period, our lifetime return policy ensures we will always take back any animal adopted from us, though no refund will be provided.

5. Health Guarantee

While we make every effort to ensure our animals are healthy at the time of adoption, we cannot guarantee against illness that may develop after adoption. We recommend having your new pet examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours of adoption. If a serious health condition is discovered during this initial exam, please contact us immediately.

6. Donations

{{company-name}} is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donations are non-refundable. Recurring donations may be cancelled at any time by contacting us.

7. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the website

8. Limitation of Liability
